1. Data we collect
Name, email, date of birth, time zone, booking and payment history, messages and support requests. Payment card data is processed by PayPal; Nova Learning never sees it.

2. Why we use it
To run your account, schedule and confirm classes, send reminders and receipts, answer support requests and comply with tax obligations.

3. Who sees it
Your teacher sees your name and your classes, never your email or phone. When you are logged in, a teacher can also see that you visited their profile, and you can exchange messages with your teachers inside Nova. Ivette (administration) can see your account to provide support.

4. How long we keep it
While your account is active and as long as required by Ecuadorian law.

5. Your rights
Under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (and the GDPR if you live in Europe) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Open a support ticket with the category "Privacy".
