Refund Policy

1. Classes
If you cancel a paid class before the rescheduling deadline, you receive a refund or credit. After the deadline, or if you miss the class, it counts as used.

2. If your teacher cancels
You always recover your class or your payment.

3. Packs and plans
Unused classes stay available until the pack or plan expires.

4. Digital materials
Materials cannot be refunded once downloaded, unless the file is damaged. In that case we send you a working copy.

5. How to ask for a refund
Open a support ticket with the category "Payment".
