Booking and pack rules

Classes

First Step Trial Class: 30 minutes. Flexible Lessons: 60 minutes. One trial class per teacher.
The trial class is only for 1-on-1 classes. Couple and group classes are booked directly, without a trial class.
Classes are online, on Google Meet or Zoom. Your teacher's link appears in your panel and in your confirmation email.
We will remind you 24 hours before and 20 minutes before the class.

After booking, you have 10 hours to pay. If the payment doesn't arrive in time, the time is released for other students.
Your class is confirmed as soon as the payment is received. PayPal and card payments are confirmed automatically; bank transfers are checked by Nova, usually within 24 hours.
You can cancel up to 20 hours before a class, from your calendar or your panel, at no cost.
You can reschedule a class (trial or regular) up to 20 hours before it starts, 1 time per month.
Cancellations with less notice, and missed classes, count as a class given (they are not refunded).
If your teacher cancels or doesn't show up, you get your class back or a full refund.

You can cancel up to 20 hours before a class and the class returns to your balance.
Late cancellations and missed classes count as used.
Your pack is valid for 1 month from the day it is activated.
You can use your classes with any Nova teacher.
You can book a fixed weekly time for up to 5 weeks in one step.
When you buy a pack, these rules are saved with it. Later changes to these rules don't affect packs you already have.

Your download link arrives by email once the payment is confirmed and works for 30 days, up to 7 downloads per file.
Materials are for your personal use. PDFs carry your name and email on each page.
Interactive lessons open inside your account; your progress is saved there.
